Dunzo Gutters Terms of Service

Service Inclusions

All Dunzo Gutters packages may include one or more of the following services depending on your estimate:

  • Gutter cleaning, repair, or installation
  • Installation of gutter guards or water-flow enhancements
  • Roof washing and moss removal
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Exterior window washing (single or multi-story)
  • Flatwork pressure washing (driveways, patios, sidewalks)
  • Resealing of concrete or paver surfaces

All services are performed by trained technicians using professional-grade tools and cleaning solutions.

Ownership of Materials

Unless otherwise stated in a separate sale agreement:

  • Any installed components (e.g., guards, fasteners) remain the property of Dunzo Gutters until full payment is received.
  • Cleaning tools, solution applicators, scaffolding, ladders, and related equipment are never transferred or left behind.
  • Retention, misuse, or damage to company-owned tools or materials may result in additional fees or legal recovery actions.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your scheduled service.
  • The remaining balance (50%) is due within 14 calendar days of job completion.
  • Payments beyond this window are subject to a 10% monthly late fee, accruing every 30 days.
  • Subscription or maintenance plan clients follow their unique payment schedules, as outlined in separate service agreements.

Scope of Work & Surface Conditions

Your estimate reflects:

  • The agreed-upon services
  • Visible surface conditions at time of inspection

Important Disclaimers:

  • We make every effort to clean without causing surface damage. However, surfaces that are already cracked, aged, oxidized, or poorly sealed may react unpredictably to pressure washing or chemical cleaning.
  • Dunzo Gutters is not liable for pre-existing damage to roofs, solar panels, windows, siding, concrete, paint, or caulking.
  • If any surface is deemed at-risk, you will be notified before work proceeds.
  • No changes to the original scope will be performed without written customer approval.

Roof, Window & Panel Access

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to your roof, solar panels, windows, and flatwork areas
  • Remove furniture, decorations, and fragile items from work zones
  • Notify us of any known leaks, vulnerabilities, or structural concerns

We reserve the right to reschedule or pause service if the site is unsafe or not prepared, with fees applied for unproductive travel.

Resealing Services

Resealing services require dry conditions and proper curing time (typically 24–72 hours).

You agree not to walk, drive, or place objects on sealed surfaces until you receive an "All Clear" notice.

Dunzo Gutters is not responsible for footprints, vehicle marks, or debris introduced during curing due to premature use.

Scheduling & Prioritization

  • All appointments are secured with a deposit.
  • Due to weather and high-demand seasons (e.g., spring & fall), exact appointment times are not guaranteed.
  • Priority is given to compliance-based, HOA-restricted, or water-damaged properties first.

Site Access & Property Preparation

To ensure a successful visit, clients must:

  • Provide gate codes, pet warnings, and open access to all service areas
  • Notify us in advance of any hazards or restrictions
  • Ensure water and power sources are available and functional

Obstructed, unsafe, or incomplete access may result in trip charges or rescheduling fees.

Weather Policy

Dunzo Gutters may reschedule any job at our discretion for safety due to:

  • High winds
  • Rain, frost, or lightning
  • Slippery or unstable roof/deck conditions

We will rebook your service at the soonest safe opportunity.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled work will forfeit 25% of the deposit.
  • Seasonal peak cancellations (Oct 1 – Jan 15) may incur up to a 50% cancellation fee, due to material allocation and high crew demand.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with your service:

  • Notify us in writing within 72 hours of job completion
  • We will re-service the issue at no cost, or
  • Offer a full refund and a $100 inconvenience credit

Client Acknowledgment

By submitting payment or deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to:

  • All terms, policies, and service boundaries listed herein
  • Dunzo Gutters' right to modify service plans, scheduling, or pricing based on safety or surface conditions
