Quotes and pricing
Inspections and quotes are free. A quote is based on the property details and condition observed at the time of inspection. If the actual scope of work differs once we're on-site, such as damage that wasn't visible beforehand, we'll tell you before doing any additional work or charging beyond the original quote.
Scheduling and access
Scheduled appointments depend on reasonable access to your property, including any gates, driveways, or areas needed to complete the work. We'll do our best to arrive within the window we've confirmed with you and will let you know as early as possible if that changes.
Our guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship with a 30-day money-back promise on completed work. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of the job and we'll make it right or refund the applicable portion of the work.
