Seamless Gutters
Formed on-site to fit everything from a Village bungalow to a horse property's sprawling roofline.
Learn moreMore than just another suburb
A real village center, a citrus-colony past, and horse property that most nearby towns don't have.
Fair Oaks Village keeps a real downtown: a Sunday farmers market, family-run storefronts, sidewalks people actually walk. It's a different feel than a shopping corridor, and it shapes how we show up here.
Fair Oaks got its start around 1895 as a citrus-growing colony, and pockets of that heritage are still visible on older lots, including mature trees and irrigation ditches that a newer subdivision simply doesn't have.
Parts of Fair Oaks are zoned for horses, with large lots, split-rail fencing, and equestrian trails just blocks from the Village, a layout that changes access and lot size on plenty of jobs.
The historic Fair Oaks Bridge has carried a single lane of traffic over the American River since the early 1900s, a small-town detail that tells you a lot about how this place still operates.

Close to the river, not immune to drought
Sitting along the American River doesn't change Fair Oaks' rainfall so much as its humidity and leaf litter, since the wet season still arrives in one concentrated late-fall-through-winter push.

"Dunzo showed up when they said they would, photographed every issue, and gave us one price before starting. The gutters look new and the downspouts finally drain away from the house."

(916) 571-6644There's no city hall in Fair Oaks. It's governed by Sacramento County. That said, the Village gives it a distinct identity most unincorporated areas don't have, and it's a regular part of our coverage area.
Most homes here land between $150 and $400, with $249 as our usual starting point. Larger horse properties or heavily wooded lots near the river can push that higher, but a free inspection settles the exact number before anything starts.
Regularly. Just let us know about gates, livestock, or a longer approach when you book, and we'll plan the visit around it. The process and pricing stay the same either way.
Yes, we service homes throughout the Village and nearby streets often, and we're used to tighter parking and older lot layouts near the historic downtown.
They're all unincorporated Sacramento County communities, but that's about where the similarity ends. Fair Oaks has its own Village center, its citrus-colony roots, and pockets of horse property that neither of those two shares.
