How pricing actually works
Send a quick video or photos and skip the wait for an in-person visit whenever the job allows it.
Credited toward the job if you move forward, so a detailed in-person look never costs you extra.
Steep roofs, three-story homes, or unusually hard-to-reach areas can change the price, and we'll always confirm that with you before starting, never after.
Ongoing roof, gutter, window, and solar plans get 10% off standard pricing. Standalone service minimums still apply.

Yes. Once we've seen the job, whether virtually or in person, you get one firm price before any work begins. The only time it changes is if you approve additional work in writing.
Second and third-story work takes longer and requires more safety equipment, so it's priced a bit higher than single-story work. Unusually difficult access can affect price too, and we'll always walk you through why before we start.
We do, as a custom system rather than an off-the-shelf option. Material costs shift enough that we price these individually after seeing your home, rather than quoting a flat rate.
Yes, recurring roof, gutter, window, and solar maintenance plans get 10% off standard pricing. New installations like gutter guards or seamless systems aren't part of this discount.
We'll stop and talk it through with you before doing any extra work. Nothing gets added to your invoice without your written approval first.
