Don’t wait for a leak
How do you know your gutters need cleaning?
Any one of these is worth a free inspection, since catching it early is a lot cheaper than fixing foundation or fascia damage later.
- Visible dirt, leaves, or plants growing out of the gutter
- Water spilling over the sides during rain instead of draining
- Gutters pulling away from the fascia or sagging in the middle
- Water stains or streaking on your siding below the gutter line
- Pooling water or soggy patches near your foundation
- Mosquitoes, birds, or pests nesting in standing debris

Real technicians, real work
What actually grows in a neglected gutter?
Leaves and seed pods break down into soil over a season or two, and once there’s soil sitting in a gutter, weeds and grass take root right on your roofline. Every cleaning visit clears it all out, roots included, not just a quick blow-through.
- Root-level plant and weed growth removed
- Roofline and gutter debris cleared by hand
- Same crew handles the downspout flush and report

Gutter cleaning questions.
The things Sacramento homeowners ask us most, answered plainly.
Rather talk?
(916) 571-664401How much does gutter cleaning cost in Sacramento?
Gutter cleaning starts at $249 for a typical single-story home. Your exact price depends on your home’s size, roofline, and gutter condition. We give you a firm number after a free inspection, before any work starts.
02How often should gutters be cleaned in the Sacramento area?
Most Sacramento-area homes need gutters cleaned twice a year: once in late fall after leaves drop, and again in spring. Homes shaded by mature oaks or pines, or near the river, often need a mid-season check too.
03Do you clean the downspouts, or just the gutter runs?
Both. A gutter that's clear but has a clogged downspout will still overflow, so every visit includes flushing and testing each downspout to confirm water is actually draining away from your home.
04What if my gutters are hard to reach or on a steep roof?
We come equipped for two- and three-story homes and steep or complex rooflines. If something is unusually difficult to access safely, we’ll tell you plainly during the free inspection rather than after the fact.
05Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as we can access the exterior of your home and any gated areas, you don't need to be present. We'll send your Gutter Health Report Card by email when the job's done.
