What's included
How does a virtual inspection actually work?
Same honest pricing, just without needing you or us on-site first.
Live video walkthrough
A quick video call where you walk us around the property so we can see exactly what's going on.
Photo-based estimates
Send clear photos of your gutters, roofline, or problem areas and we'll work from those instead.
Built for rentals and out-of-town owners
Ideal for landlords, property managers, or anyone who isn't able to be on-site in person.
Firm price before we book anything
Final pricing is confirmed before scheduling, so a virtual estimate never turns into a surprise bill.
Worth it if
Is a virtual inspection right for you?
Any one of these is a good reason to skip the in-person visit and start here instead.
- You manage a rental property and can't always be there in person
- You live out of the area but own property in Sacramento
- You just want a ballpark before deciding what to do next
- You're not comfortable getting up on a ladder to check yourself
- You need a quote fast and can't wait for an in-person visit
- You've already got clear photos or video of the issue
Still real, still accurate
How do you quote a job you haven't seen in person?
It works because we know exactly what to ask for: clear shots of the roofline, gutter runs, downspouts, and any problem areas. When something's unclear from photos or video, we'll say so and follow up rather than guess.
- Specific photo and video angles requested up front, not a vague ask
- Any uncertainty flagged honestly instead of guessed at
- Final price still confirmed before any work is scheduled
Why it matters
What does skipping the in-person visit actually get you?
Faster answers
No waiting on a ladder inspection just to find out whether a job is even worth doing.
Easier for landlords
One video call can cover a property you manage from anywhere, no coordinating an in-person visit around tenants.
Same firm-price approach
The same honest pricing applies either way, just handled remotely instead of in person.
How it works
What happens after you reach out?
- 01
Send a video or photos
A quick walkthrough video or a handful of clear photos is usually all we need to get started.
- 02
We review and ask questions
If anything's unclear, we'll follow up rather than guess at what we can't see.
- 03
Firm quote, confirmed
You get a written price based on what you've shown us, confirmed before any work is scheduled.
- 04
Job scheduled
Once you approve, we schedule the work the same way as any other job.
Virtual inspections, available across the Sacramento area
Straight answers
Virtual inspection questions.
The things Sacramento homeowners and landlords ask us most.
Rather talk?
(916) 571-664401Is a virtual quote as accurate as an in-person inspection?
For most straightforward jobs, yes, especially gutter cleaning and simple repairs. For bigger or more complex work, we may still recommend a quick in-person look before finalizing the price.
02What do you need from me for a virtual inspection?
A short video walking around your property, or a handful of clear photos of the roofline, gutters, and any specific problem areas.
03Do virtual inspections cost extra?
No. It's a convenience option, not an upsell. The price you get is calculated the same honest way as an in-person quote.
04I manage a rental property. Can you coordinate directly with a tenant?
Yes. We're used to working with property managers and can coordinate scheduling and access directly with a tenant once a quote is approved.
05What if the job turns out to be different once you're actually there?
We'll tell you before doing any extra work. If something looks different in person than it did in the photos or video, you'll hear about it first, not find it on the invoice.
