Sacramento’s straightforward exterior-care team

What's included

What's included in a Dunzo pressure washing?

Not every surface can take full pressure. Here's how we actually approach a wash.

Pressure matched to the surface

Full pressure for concrete and pavers, soft-wash settings for siding, roofs, and solar: the same rig, dialed in per job.

Driveways, walkways & patios

Oil stains, algae, and years of grime lifted from concrete and pavers.

Building exteriors

Siding, trim, and entryways washed without stripping paint or damaging stucco.

Photo report

A written, photographed condition report so you know exactly what got cleaned.

Looking a little dingy?

How do you know your home needs a pressure wash?

Any one of these is worth a free inspection.

  • Green or black algae streaks on concrete or siding
  • Oil stains or tire marks on the driveway
  • Moss or grime building up on walkways and patios
  • Siding looks dingy compared to when it was new
  • Getting the home ready to sell or for an event
  • Haven't had the exterior washed in over a year

Real technicians, real work

How do we clean concrete and siding without damaging it?

Our trailer rig carries chemical and water tanks with adjustable pumps, so the same crew that soft-washes your roof or solar panels can switch straight to full pressure for your driveway, with no separate equipment and no separate visit.

  • Pressure and chemical mix matched to each surface
  • Concrete, siding, and delicate surfaces all covered
  • Same crew handles the wash and the photo report

Sacramento's rainy season, by the numbers

Over half of Sacramento's yearly rainfall falls between November and February, the same stretch that lets algae, moss, and mildew take hold on shaded concrete, siding, and walkways.

01How much does pressure washing cost in Sacramento?

A professional driveway or exterior pressure washing typically runs $200–$400, depending on the size of the area and how much buildup there is. We give you a firm price after a free inspection, before any work starts.

02Is pressure washing safe for my roof, siding, or solar panels?

Not at full pressure, which is why we don't use it there. Our rig lets us dial down to a soft-wash setting for roofs, siding, and solar panels, and save full pressure for concrete and pavers that can actually handle it.

03How often should my driveway or exterior be pressure washed?

Most Sacramento-area homes do well with a cleaning once a year. Shaded, damp areas that grow algae or moss faster often need it more often.

04Will pressure washing remove oil stains from my driveway?

Fresh to moderate oil stains usually lift with a pressure wash and the right cleaning solution. Old, deeply set stains may lighten but not fully disappear. We'll tell you plainly what to expect during the inspection.

05Do you use chemicals?

We use cleaning solutions matched to the surface and the type of buildup: algae, mildew, or grime. We'll walk you through what's being used before we start.

06Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. As long as we can access the exterior of your home and any gated areas, you don't need to be present. We'll send your photo report by email when the job's done.
